By accessing and using roofcommander.net, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. Roof Commander, LLC operates this website and provides roofing and restoration services in Middle Tennessee.

About Our Services

Roof Commander, LLC is a licensed and insured roofing and restoration contractor based in Fairview, Tennessee. We provide roof replacement, roof repair, roof inspections, emergency roof repair, storm damage restoration, insurance claim assistance, metal roofing, asphalt shingle roofing, siding, gutter installation and repair, interior and exterior painting, and renovation and remodeling services throughout Williamson County and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area.

Descriptions of services on this website are general. The specific scope of any project is defined in the written estimate and contract provided for that project, and that document governs the work.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by Roof Commander are based on the conditions visible and accessible at the time of inspection. Roofing frequently reveals conditions that cannot be observed until existing materials are removed, including deteriorated roof decking, structural damage, prior improper installation, and concealed water damage.

Where such conditions are discovered, additional work and cost may be required. We will notify you of any such condition, document it, and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work beyond the agreed scope.

Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate document. Material pricing is subject to change based on supplier costs.

Scheduling and Weather

Roofing work is weather dependent. We may delay or reschedule work due to rain, wind, temperature, or unsafe conditions. We will communicate schedule changes as early as possible. Weather related delays do not constitute a breach of contract.

Warranties

Roof Commander provides a two year labor and workmanship warranty on roofing systems we install, beginning on the date of substantial completion. This warranty covers defects in our installation workmanship.

Roofing materials carry separate warranties provided by their manufacturers, subject to those manufacturers' terms, registration requirements, and limitations. Manufacturer warranties are between you and the manufacturer.

Our workmanship warranty does not cover: damage from storms, hail, wind, falling objects, or other events after completion; damage from foot traffic or work performed by others; damage from lack of maintenance including failure to keep gutters clear; damage from structural movement or settlement; pre existing conditions outside the scope of our work; or normal wear and weathering.

Repairs performed on existing roofing systems not installed by Roof Commander carry a limited warranty on the specific repair only, as stated on the applicable invoice, and do not extend to the roof as a whole.

Warranty coverage requires that the account be paid in full.

Insurance Claims

Roof Commander assists customers with the documentation, inspection, and contractor side of property insurance claims. We are contractors, not licensed public adjusters, insurance agents, or attorneys. We do not represent you in an adjusting or legal capacity, we do not negotiate your claim on your behalf as your agent, and we do not charge a percentage of your claim.

Decisions regarding coverage, scope, and payment are made solely by your insurance carrier under the terms of your policy. Roof Commander makes no representation or guarantee regarding whether a claim will be approved, the amount that will be paid, or the outcome of any claim.

You remain responsible for payment of your deductible. Roof Commander does not waive, absorb, rebate, or otherwise cover any portion of a customer's insurance deductible. Such practices are prohibited under Tennessee law.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in your written contract or estimate. A deposit may be required for materials. Final payment is due upon substantial completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. On insurance funded projects, payment schedules generally follow the carrier's disbursement of claim proceeds, as described in your contract.

Past due balances may be subject to interest and collection costs as permitted by Tennessee law.

Customer Responsibilities

Prior to work beginning, you agree to: provide reasonable access to the property and to the work areas; move vehicles from driveways and areas adjacent to the work; remove or secure fragile items from walls and shelves in rooms beneath roofing work, as vibration from tear off can dislodge them; secure pets; and disclose any known conditions affecting the property, including prior damage, structural concerns, and the location of any underground utilities, septic components, or irrigation lines in areas where equipment or dumpsters may be placed.

Permits and Code

Roof Commander obtains required permits for work where applicable and performs work in accordance with applicable Tennessee building code and manufacturer installation specifications. Permitting authority varies by jurisdiction across our service area.
