A fire leaves smoke and water damage well beyond the burn area. A burst pipe or a storm driven roof failure can take out ceilings, drywall, insulation, flooring, and cabinetry across multiple rooms. Putting a house back together after that is a general contracting job with an insurance claim attached, and it involves a scope, a schedule, and a carrier who wants everything documented.
We handle both halves. Demolition of the damaged material, then framing, drywall, flooring, trim, and paint to put it back the way it was. And the claim documentation that goes with it, because a rebuild scope that is underwritten by the carrier from the start avoids the fight later.
The one thing we do not take on is large scale water extraction and structural drying. On a big water loss, a mitigation specialist should handle the drying and we handle the rebuild.

The exterior work is a natural extension of the roofing side, and it is where most of our renovation projects land.
Roof, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, trim, and exterior paint, done as one project with one crew and one schedule. Porch and deck repair. Structural repair to decking, framing, and sheathing where rot or storm damage has gotten past the surface.
The advantage of doing the exterior as one scope rather than four separate trades is that the transitions get handled by someone who owns all of them. Roof to wall, siding to trim, gutter to fascia. Those junctions are where water gets in, and they are exactly what falls through the gap when different contractors do the work months apart.
General interior remodeling: drywall, framing, flooring, trim and finish carpentry, and painting.
Much of this comes through as restoration work, but not all of it. If you are updating a room, opening a wall, or finishing out a space, we can do it. What we will not do is pretend to be a specialty design build firm. If your project needs an architect, a designer, and a nine month timeline, we will tell you honestly that a firm built for that is a better fit than we are.

Walkthrough and scope. Chad walks the property with you and defines exactly what the project includes. On an insurance rebuild, this is also the documentation pass.
Written estimate. Itemized by phase so you can see what each part costs and make decisions with real numbers.
Schedule. A realistic timeline with the sequence laid out. Renovation timelines slip when a contractor promises a date they never believed in, so we would rather give you a number we can hit.
Demolition. Damaged or outdated material comes out. On a restoration, this is also when we find anything the initial inspection could not see, which on an insurance job means a supplement.
Build back. Framing, drywall, flooring, trim, paint, in sequence.
Final walkthrough. We walk it with you and handle the punch list before we call it finished.
Restoration rebuilds run on a carrier's scope, and there is a specific trap in that.
The initial scope is written from what an adjuster could see on the day they visited. Once demolition starts, you find what was behind the wall. Additional damage, code required upgrades, materials that are no longer manufactured. That is normal, and it is handled with a supplement, but only if it is documented properly and submitted while the work is in progress.
This is where a contractor who does not know claims costs the homeowner money. They either eat the difference and cut quality somewhere, or they hand you a change order and let you fight the carrier alone.
